How do you cook salmon in your kitchen and what are some simple salmon recipes?

I am not sure how to cook salmon correctly in my kitchen. Do I grill it on a stove or broil it? Or will either work? I usually just broil it. Also, I find myself cooking it plain because I don't know what to put on it that will taste good... any suggestions? I don't have the attention span nor the energy to follow a lengthy recipe, so just some simple recipes with a few ingredients would be ideal. Thanks!

Salmon really is the easiest fish to cook. I usually mix 1 TBLS. maple syrup or honey with 1 TBLS. dijon mustard and 1 Tsp. olive oil and then coat the fish with it. Put it in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes or until it begins to crisp. Oh so good.
