Caravan: What's the easiest way to remove an oven/stove combo?

I have a 13ft Viscount from the 70s with an old oven and 4 burner gas stovetop combo that I want disconnected and removed, and NOT replaced with a new one. I know I will probably need to remove the external panelling in order to access the framework, but beyond that can you give me an idea of what to expect before I attempt it.

I have a 1970"s 13ft viscount but the stove it has is just a 2burner gas with a griller under it and i thought it was the only style that was made so maybe it could be an after market one,only maybe, but i sure would have a go at removing it internally rather than externally if at all possible. and by the way what a great little van to row i tow mine with a 2.6 magna with a car roof spoiler and its a dream to tow. good luck Woolly
